Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples, an American actor and singer from the United States. Her most well-known role was her role as Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) in addition to Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). She also played the lead role of Jerrica Jem Benton, in the film Jem and the Holograms (2015). Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary, Florida by her parents Wendy Ashley and Wendy Ashley. She also has an older sister named Ally. Aubrey was an actor with Orlando Repertory Theatre during her early years. Aubrey graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was the valedictory speaker for the class in 2012. Harvard University admitted her, but she needed to be able to consent on her entry again the second time because of her Nashville role. Peeples played in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally And Ally and Alley (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) & NecessaryRoughness (1991) as guest star. The actress appeared on TV on Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective 2009 as well as The Good Mother. She was a major player on the Nashville series, in which she played Layla Grant. Peeples discussed her bipolar illness in an interview for NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples one of the most gifted actors under the age of 20 in September 2014
